In addition to offering vocational training in traditional trades we focus on business development and entrepreneurship to encourage self-employment and small business creation.

Youth Digital Skills and Innovation
In today’s digital economy, we recognize the need for tech-driven skills. Our digital literacy programs target youth, helping them gain essential skills in IT, graphic design and web development, enabling them to compete in the fast-growing technology sector.

Youth-Led Climate Action for Livelihoods
With climate change being a critical global challenge, Angaaza engages youth in climate action initiatives that create sustainable livelihoods. We focus on building awareness, promoting eco-friendly practices, and turning climate challenges into economic opportunities.

Support for Orphans, Street Children and Vulnerable Children
We provide essential support to orphans, street children, and vulnerable children through mentorship, education programs, and skills development, ensuring they have access to opportunities for a better future. This is achieved through partnerships with organisations hosting these vulnerable children.

Target Groups

Young Mothers & Fathers
We provide tailored training and support for young parents to help them overcome socio-economic barriers, balance family life, and pursue opportunities in entrepreneurship and employment. We provide baby day care facilities for young mothers to enable them pursue vocational training at ease in a conducive environment.

People With Disabilities (PWDs)
Angaaza is committed to inclusivity, providing persons with disabilities with tailored vocational training, employability skills, and support services that enhance their ability to secure employment and actively participate in the community. Currently, Angaaza has integrated more than 20 persons with special needs such as hearing impairment, autism, slow learners and mentally challenged individuals.

Persons Living with HIV/AIDS
Angaaza integrates healthcare awareness and vocational training, empowering those living with HIV/AIDS to overcome stigma and improve their quality of life through employment and entrepreneurship.

Drug Reformists
We offer vocational and job training to individuals who have turned away from drugs, helping them reintegrate into society with dignity and purpose.

Orphans & School Dropouts
Our vocational and mentorship programs offer these vulnerable groups a second chance at education and self-sufficiency, focusing on skills that lead to sustainable jobs.
